Before you pay, you receive a written proposal or invoice that clearly states:
- the service and exact deliverables;
- the total price and purchase currency;
- the delivery method and target schedule;
- the payment milestones, if applicable;
- the refund and cancellation conditions;
- the contracting legal entity.
